2. EMPTY NESTER WOMAN: This woman is just entering her empty nester stage. She is excited about the opportunities ahead. And while she loves her home, the excitement of downsizing and not having all of the responsibilities of a large house are liberating. She’s in her early to mid 40s. She probably has three children. The majority of whom have left the nest and are making amazing lives for themselves. Her husband is still around, and excited about the move. He’s probably off playing golf — which he’s always done. But this is really her time to break free of some residential shackles that she’s had on for years, and start to do more things for herself.
